Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families and select institutions, including foundations and endowments.
In Quarter 1, 2022, the PWM department launched the new PWM mobile app to:

PWM Mobile App
Goldman Sachs private wealth management (PWM) mobile app user experience enhancement. Improved design to support sophisticated financial lives, view portfolios, make transactions, and communicate with financial advisor team.
My Role
I worked with a dedicated user researcher, the product team, and the dev team to deliver the enhancement of the PWM mobile app.
Planning & Scope definition - I worked with the product manager to align with stakeholders to map out the roadmap of the product and negotiated the priorities of features for launch and beyond.
Design & Validation - I created frameworks and prototypes to share the vision, design principles and content strategy. This helped to evangelize ideas, gain alignment and drive decision making.
